How to Open Moni
You can access Moni from multiple places in the app:
- Help tab → Ask Moni — tap the Moni button at the top of the Help tab.
- Home tab → Moni widget — tap the Moni widget on your Home screen.
- Help & Support → AI Chat — from the Profile settings, open Help & Support and tap AI Chat.
What Moni Can Do
Write Custom Scripts
Moni can generate personalized scripts tailored to your gift and situation. Examples:
- "Write a DM for someone who asked about my braiding services"
- "Help me respond to 'I'll think about it'"
- "Write a follow-up message for an unpaid client"
Answer Business Questions
Ask Moni about pricing strategies, Instagram posting tips, handling discount requests, closing techniques, and more.
Context-Aware Advice
Moni knows your gift, challenge day and round, pipeline state, and revenue. This means every response is personalized to where you are in your journey.
How to Use Moni
- Type your question — be as specific as you can about what you need.
- Tap Send.
- Moni responds with personalized advice or a ready-to-use script.
- Use the Copy button on any script to copy it to your clipboard.
Example Conversation
You: "I do cake decorating and someone on Instagram asked how much I charge for a birthday cake. What should I say?"
Moni: "Here's a script you can use:
'Hey! Thanks so much for reaching out 🎂 I'd love to help make your birthday cake special! My custom birthday cakes start at $[your price]. The final price depends on the size, design, and any special details you'd like. Could you tell me a bit more about what you have in mind — like the number of guests and any theme or colors? Tips for Best Results
- Be specific — instead of "Write a DM," try "Write a DM for a new lead on WhatsApp who saw my Instagram post about braiding."
- Mention context — "My client Sarah said she'd think about it. She wanted a birthday cake for 20 people."
- Ask for variations — "Give me a friendly version and a more direct version."
The more detail you give Moni, the better the script or advice you'll get.
